Details

(Whiteboard: [2012 Fall Equinox])

2005022805 trunk, XP:

-Right click on a personal toolbar item to bring up the context menu
-drag mouse downwards to select menuitems, one after the other

Result:
When selection hits "New Folder..." and "Paste" the parent toolbar item is
outlined with a black box. This makes the toolbar visibly flicker, as the
toolbar items are pushed to the right.

Expected result:

No black outline should appear on personal toolbar items when mousing over
specific context-menu items. The selection of this is already indicated by an
overall lighter color.

The bug is not theme specific.
I believe the little black bar is trying to indicate where the insertion will
occur.... Over to bookmarks.
