(Keywords: helpwanted, useless-UI)

This bug has been around from at least 1.7

To reproduce:
-Right-click a tab in the tabbed browser interface
-Drag down slowly over the various menu-items:

Result:
All items have a tooltip, echoing the text of the actual contex menu item.

Expected:
No tooltips
This bug has been around since the context menu, which was rev 1.2!
See also similar bug 250167.
No other context menus have tooltip. They would just be in the way, as they are
in the tabs context menus. They are superfluous, redundant, needless, useless,
uncalled for and simply annoying. They should not be there and need to be removed.

Except that's a Firefox bug; this is effectively the Suite's equivalent.

Bug 250167 (including my patch to it) now applies to the Suite as well (product
is set to core), so this is now a dupe.
