This came up in mail to harishd (cuz he's "owner" of the near-dead p3p module!)
which was cc'd to staff.

In addition to having a cool icon in the palette for this common action, I
wondered aloud why we don't have a general button for any menu item -- as in, a
general JS or "really-simple-syntax" way of saying, e.g. "View / Page Style / No
Style", or whatever people want to have as a toolbar button, instead of a
possibly multi-level menu gesture. Where should that bug go, if it's not this bug?

Yeah, that seems like a natural extension of the customizable toolbar. You
should be able to create new macros for menu paths and associate your own icons
with them if desired. Similarly, there should be an easy way for users to
customize keyboard bindings for the menus.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/custom-buttons/ allows custom toolbar buttons.

We have a "clear recent history" shortcut now (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+Del), I don't think we'll add a toolbar button.
