I'm not exactly sure whether this is the right place for my suggestion:
Wouldn't it be very great if there would be a section on the website
where users can propose new features and vote for them?
I know many sites doing this, and AFAIK bugzilla isn't designed for such
things.

There is currently a wishlist mailing list at https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/wishlist and a couple different wishlists on wiki.mozilla.org.  If there is a new wishlist to add, please add it on the wiki and not on www.mozilla.org.
