adding one or more separators to the bookmarks list could be very useful to
group bookmarks. Unfortunately it is impossible to place the bookmarks were
needed as well as move bookmarks between tuo specific separators. This happens
in both bookmarks manager and standard list on the main page. Worst again, many
times moving a bookmark above or below a separator has the effect to move the
separator and mismatch other bookmarks.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add a separator to the bookmark list
2. try to move a bookmark above or below the separator
3. repeat the above sequence with two separators an try to move a bookmark in
between

Actual Results:  
I had to remove the separators and reorder the bookmarks by means of the
bookmark manager

Expected Results:  
both separators and bookmarks should stay where I want to place them

confirmed->NEW

even worse....
1.drag a bookmark slowly above the separator.
2.bookmarksmenu closes while you drag
3.release mousebutton
4.say goodbye to your bookmark, it's gone 

kwd->dataloss is maybe too much
