when going to "file" then "page setup" and taking the check out of "shrink to
fit page width" then puting the "scale" to 95% then click "OK" at the bottom.
The changes stay during the browser session. Once you close and re-open the
browser, it defaults back to the box "shrink to fit page width" being checked again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.file
2.page setup
3.uncheck "shrink to fit page width" box and set scale to 95% then click OK.


Actual Results:  
after closing and re opening the browser it defaults to the "shrink to fit page
width" box being checked again.

Expected Results:  
it should have kept the changes made by me until changed by me again.
