I have a dual-xeon dell precision 670 workstation running Windows 2003. I
haven't been able to isntall the nightly mozilla build for almost a month now.
The install hangs everytime. It locks up on the same screen, the one which has
the option to turn on/off the Quick Launcher.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On Windows 2003, run the install for the nightly build
2. Go through the screen. Select the Complete install option.
3. Get to the screen with the Quick launcher option. Turn it off. Click next

Actual Results:
1. The install hangs for ever.

Expected Results:
The install should complete

I checked task manager no CPU or IO activity reported for the install process.
Tried it many times, even turning off the virus scanner completely.
