In the 1.8beta version the toolbar no longer shows a "continuation" set of >>
arrows at the right if the number of items is too large to fit - it "runs off"
to the right with the text actually overlapping the right border. This is
intermittent - sometimes when 1st starting the browser it is correct (as it was
in 1.7), but then it resets itself to the incorrect format.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a personal toolbar with at least 6 items on it
2. Run using a 1024 x 768 resolution
3. place the browser as a window (NOT maximized) to the right on the desktop
covering 75% or so of the desktop



Expected Results:  
Behaved as it did in 1.7 or when it first opens (sometimes!)

Bug 262406 Bookmarks toolbar overflow button does not appear if window is
maximised on startup

doesn´t depend on 1024 x 768 resolution, I´m seeing this on 800x600.
