I use Alfred Kayser's walnut theme. (I really like it!)
Only, when I choose folders for offline usage via Accounts->Offline & ... (hope
these translations are correct, in german it's Konten->Offline & Speicherplatz)
I find no switches in the list of folders to select them for offline usage.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Account settings (Extras->Konten...)
2. Go to Offline &... (Offline & Speicherplatz)
3. Click on "Choose folders for offline usage..." ("Ordner zum Offline Lesen
wählen...")

Actual Results:
Get a list without selectors for the folders.

Expected Results:
There should be selectors as in the standard scheme.

This only happens with Alfred Kaysers walnut theme
I found that stylesheet for the dialog, msgSelectOffline.css is missing in the
theme. To fix it, I added the css file into '\messenger' directory of the theme.
Also, I created 'check.gif' and 'notchecked.gif' in 'messenger\icon' directory
so that we don't need to change stylesheet from thunderbird source tree. (
Initially, I tried to reuse '\global\checked-true.png' and
'\global\checked-false.png' by changing stylesheet. But, 'checked-false.png' is
transparent image and it is not so visible when tree item is selected.)

Reporter,

The fixed theme is working for me and I tried to attach it. However, more than
300k is not allowed in bugzilla. Do not hesitate to give me a mail if you want
to get it. Or, you can wait until theme author fixes this bug. I will report
this bug to theme author.

QA,

Obviously, this is not thunderbird bug but theme bug. What about closing this
bug as WONTFIX?
I reported this bug to theme author. Hope my mail doesn't go to junk folder. :-)
