The bug can be associate to the the rendering of the table.
If you take a look at the page with zoom 100% (normal setting) then the rendring
of the table content is mangeled=incrrect, since the content of the table is put
on the right part of the title page.
If you zoom (every zoom value that is greater than 105%) the table content is
displayed correctly in the position under the title.

The zoom value of 105 is probably because this values streches the contet to be
larget than the title.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log on http://www.plesritmova.net/slovenski/stranice/home_slo.htm
2. see that the table content is on the right
3. zoom to a value greater than 105%
4. see that the table content is at the right position
5. optional (play with different zoom values and on other pages on this web site)

Actual Results:
Step 1-2, the rendering is incorrect.
Step 3-4, the renderin is correct.
step 5 if the zoom factor causes that the table contet is greater than the
title, the rendering is correct, if not then the rendering is incorrect.

Login in with IE displays the page correctly (regardles of the view-text
size-xxx settings)

Expected Results:
I expect the tabel contet to be diplayed always under the title, no matter what
the zoom factor is.

(Optional: I dont know if the rendering is correct after a zoom of about 220%,
since it starts to cut into the graphics of the pictures on the left, but this
is not the topic of this bug report)
