The Firefox client ignores app:platform attributes within the app:patches
section of an update RDF.  This is painful because it means we can't roll out
updates first for Windows, then for Linux.  Without it - and in order to avoid
JS errors in the client - we have to roll out updates across all platforms or
none at all.

We need to get this fixed.  Preferably by 1.0.2 and drop dead by 1.1.
