ADP's eLabor Workforce Portal only allows access to "Internet Explorer 5 thru 6"
and "Netscape Navigator 6.2 thru 7.1". The site blocks entrance to Mozilla
Firefox (and I imagine other Gecko-based browsers).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to http://www.elabor.com/workforceportal/.
2. If you're using a non-Netscape Navigator Gecko-based browser, you will most
likely be blocked.
Actual Results:  
Browser sniff denies access to Firefox.

Expected Results:  
The site should allow access to Mozilla Firefox.
