Hotmail's compose page does not display editing tools: Font type, size, color,
Backrourd color, etc.  The "rich text editor" on/off is not displayed as an
option under the Tools drop menu(compose page), but does when using explorer. 
This has been the only problem.  Firefox has been a very smooth running browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open hotmail's compose page
2.Click the Tool's drop down menu
3."Rich text editor" On or Off is not displayed here

Actual Results:  
Unable to see the row of icons that exist at the top of the text box when "rich
text editor" is on.  Option to turn this on is also not present.

Expected Results:  
This page should show the option to display the Tools for modifying text.  This
is an option within the web page and not attached to the browser.
