After upgrading to 1.0.1. After downloading a file to the desktop once you click
on cleanup in the downloads the file still remains on the desktop. But shows it
gone in the download screen

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download file
2.Click clean up: to remove it
3.Look at where it is save and still there: but gone from firefox download screen.

Actual Results:  
File left on desktop.

Expected Results:  
After clicking remove. It should remove file from desktop that where in the
download screen.

The "Remove" feature isn't meant to delete the file on disk, its only purpose is
to remove the file from the download manager list. This is by design.
