Try Mozilla/Firefox nightly build.
Menu->File->Page Setup
Press tab/ctrl+tab
Only the orientation radio in first tab and margins in second tab are reachable.
Even the "OK" "Cancel" are not reachable.
Tab navigation in this dialog should be as same as Mozilla 1.7.5/Firefox 1.0.1
