Go to the provided URL:

Control-F for "Class Conflict in China."  Click on it and when if it Firefox is
set to open a dialog box asking what action you want to perform, the OK button
is not enabled.  However, right clicking the link and saving will work.

Actual Results:  
OK button in "What should Firefox do with this file?" is not enabled.

Expected Results:  
The OK button should have been enable.d
Check you helper apps settings if the helper app defined for .mp3 still exists
at that path.
