284426 - Update server announces empty(?) update to Firefox for de_DE

I tried to update Firefox 1.0 de_DE with the Update Service in Firefox. It found
one critical update, but that update seems to be empty (no description, no
from).  If you click on Next, it says update installed immediately, so in fact
it didn't install anything.

This log includes: Starting up Firefox, loading the Google homepage, checking
for updates (and clicking on Next in the almost, except this empty critical
update, empty update dialog if it matters) and quitting Firefox.

I did find one weird difference in
https://aus.mozilla.org/update/firefox/de-DE.rdf as opposed to other locales.

de-DE.rdf ends with:

    <app:patches>

pl-PL.rdf ends with:

Note that de-DE.rdf has an additional app:file tag inside the li, Other locales
don't seem to have that one.
