when i close all windows in firefox i cant open a new, exeptly i restart firefox

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.im surfing and download then i close all my open sites and hide the
downloadwindow then when i go to datei new i cant open a window this was also at
version one an now also at the new version

im working with the newest mac os using softwareupdate
