When I import my emails from Outlook 2003 the attachments that ar epart of the
emails are not imported into Mozilla Mail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Import from Outlook
2. Check an email that has an attachment in Outlook
3. Check the same email in Mozilla and the attachement is not there anymore



Expected Results:  
Mozilla should have imported the attachments too.

It seems that this patch was never checked in into the 1.7 branch.
1.7.5 was the version, however I switched to Thunderbird 1.0 and the import 
worked like a charm.
