Hi

I am a guy how think's that popups can be very usefull, to inform users.
So if you visit a net website often a popup comes up with usefull information.

But there are some sites that i visit very often wich have very annoying popups.

So the idea behind that all sites are allowed to pop up windows until they are
blacklisted 

I don't know how usefull this coud be for others but it ist a Suggestion.
