When sending email from Firefox   the system open additional Netscape window,
this additional; window does not happening when sending like page from IE

reporter, what "additional Netscape window" are you talking about? An additional
browser window?

This works for me (no new windows from either Firefox or Thunderbird) using Firefox 2.0.0.3 and Thunderbird 2 (RC1) on Windows XP SP2 and Mac OS X. If you're able to reproduce using those and are willing to provide further updates on the bug you're seeing, please comment here and reopen this bug.
