When I go to Comcast E-Mail and compose a message it does not have all of the necessary toolbars that are in IE.

When I go to Comcast E-Mail (http://comcast.net/qry/goto?app=mail) and compose a
message it does not have all of the necessary toolbars (with buttons such as
bold, signature, font, size, etc.) that are in Internet Explorer when you the
same thing in Internet Explorer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Comcast.net and click Mail (or go to http://comcast.net/qry/goto?app=mail)
2.Sign in
3.Click compose mail
Actual Results:  
Some of the toolbars that would appear if you did the same thing in Internet
Explorer, are missing.

Expected Results:  
The toolbars should have appeared like in IE.

Comcast uses an ActiveX control to display the toolbar.
