Generally Alt-D will highlight the address bar, when the capslock is enabled,
the system just dings instead of highlighting the address bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable caps lock
2. hit alt-d
3. system dings

Actual Results:  
system dings

Expected Results:  
highlighted the address bar
This was fixed on the trunk somehow.
