User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050302 Firefox/1.0+
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050302 Firefox/1.0+

In the Tools > Option menu, under the Cache and History tab, the text fields
both take negative numbers as valid input without error or change to the values.
If the number is to long under in the cache field but not long enough to be
changed into zero, the number is cut down and changed into a decimal. While
under history if it is to long it is cut down to a smaller number.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
Application acts normally, keeping the negative number as valid input
