284571 - trouble with configuration file with french MSVC 7.1

When I want to compile the suite with the French MSVC 7.1 I get a 
"configure: error: This version of the MSVC compiler,  , is unsupported."

The problem come from that cl return the version string : 
"Microsoft (R) Compilateur d'optimisation 32 bits C/C++ - version 13.10.3077"

And configure file contain at around line 2814 :
"CC_VERSION=`"${CC}" -v 2>&1 | grep Version | sed -e 's|.* Version ||' -e 's|
.*||'`"

Version instead of version





Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compile with the French version of MSVC 7.1 


Actual Results:  
I get a
"configure: error: This version of the MSVC compiler,  , is unsupported."

Expected Results:  
Compile the suite
