If I have an All Day event that occurs today and sort the events list (say for
the next seven days) by start time, then the All Day event occurs at the end of
the list, i.e. out of date order. Problem occurs under Windows 2000 and Linux.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter an All Day event for today and another event for tomorrow.
2. Select "Events in the Next 7 Days" on the event list.
3. Sort by Start Time.
