Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Try to download latest Firefox (I currently have 1.0).
2.    Same problem using Opera & IE too.
3.

Actual Results:  
Got error msg shown above.

Expected Results:  
Downloaded new version of Firefox
I guess it is an internal server error, not browser problem.
