we should expose the global mailnews.tcptimeout setting to the advanced prefs ui.

Comment on attachment 178590 [details] [diff] [review] hook into the new pref ui david, this probably needs an access key on the textbox. You can copy what we do for the Wait n seconds before marking a message as read to add an access key on the label which effects the textbox
