The display of live bookmarks for RSS feeds from Apple (see attached URL)
displays the character codes &#xxx instead of the actual character.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add live bookmark for attached url
2. Error occurs both in bookmark menu and when added to the quicklink-bar

Actual Results:  
Garbeled display of bookmark names.

Expected Results:  
Correct character should have been displayed in bookmark.
