Also, there are other sites that fail to display control buttons on the screen.
buttons such as "next" "enter" etc.  but explorer does display these buttons

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to this site: http://www.npauctions.com/NPACustom/auctions-previews.asp
2.scroll down to san diego, click on PDF preview
3.

Actual Results:  
blank screen

Expected Results:  
adobe reader should come up with data displayed

You din't report os, browser and adobe reader versions.
This could be a duplicate for bug 289005
