284797 - While testing checksetup.pl scrpit for bug-2.18, bug2.16 now gives an internal error

running the checksetup.pl on 2.18 before an offical upgade ( having a prob with 
installing the DBI and DBD::mysql) now the 2.16 does not bring up the search 
page.  Anyone help me out?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.web browser http:\\intranet
2.goto System Management
3.goto search page

Actual Results:  
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to 
complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, www@localhost and inform them of the 
time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused 
the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Brought up the search page

If you ran the checksetup.pl script on your database, it upgraded it to 2.18.
Now you have to use 2.18. There is no way to downgrade.

If you have a backup of your 2.16 database, you could revert to that.

Otherwise, make a copy of the database before you run the script on it, if you
just want to do testing, and make sure that you change your localconfig settings
appropriately.
