When attaching a file with a # sign in the file name, Thunderbird 1.0 truncates 
the file name in the attachment window immediately before the # sign.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compose email message.
2.Attach file with a # sign in the file name.
3.Thunderbird removes the # sign in the attachment window.

Actual Results:  
File name was truncated.

Expected Results:  
Not truncated the file name.
