The reload button is not displayed in the toolbar immediately after Firefox was
done in start.
The homepage sets "about:" with generic of Preferences.
However, the reload button appears when the Web page somewhere is displayed.
Reproducible: Always
Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; ja-JP; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050304
