During installation of firefox v1.01 (also was during installation of v1.00)
installer crashes after pressing "Forward" button in first dialog box "Firefox
Setup". How can I resolve it? 

Reproducible: Always
do you get any messages in the terminal where you started the installer (see bug
261194)?
