Is the message coming from Windows or from a remote site?

so it happens every time , when i'm  trying to start my Firefox! 
and a i can't reach any site because it's smth wrong with adress line too 
no buttons and i cant type any text in adress line

Sergei, I am not completely clear whether you are using an English localised,
or a Russian localised Firefox, and if the former whether is is three months
old.

If your Firefox really is that old, you should consider either getting
a more recent one, or seeking support from one of the support forums.

I studied your report for some considerable time earlier today, unfortunately,
thinking that the URL you quoted was one that 'didn't work', or was 'not 
supported' (rather than a screenshot of an actual windows message), and
I was also wondering whether this was some sort of phishing scam - a Fake
User Interface. (Hence my request for additional details).

I have not longer got you screen shot in front of me, but if I recall 
correctly, it was headed 'браузер по умолчанию' and started 'Firefox не 
является' Was it asking you to make Firefox your default browser?

If the text of that message is short enough, you could post it or (preferably
attach it) here. I suspect, though you you simply need some small technical support.

I'm using a russian localised firefox .... a nd now i've just started my ftp and
i'll put there a screenshot so you'll be able to see what happens =)

(p.s. i'm using Firefox version 1.0.1 but it happens with 1.0.0 too)

I think that your installation is incomplete. You would be better off
looking for technical support from either Firefox Central or the Russian
localised equivalent http://www.mozilla.ru/unghost/firefox/ .

So far as I can tell, the dialogue you have shown is coming from
Firefox and says something like:

браузер по умолчанию

Firefox не является вашим браузером по умолчаниюбю Сделать его таковым?
Всегда выполнять эту проверку при запуске Ашкуащч

or, 

Firefox is not your default browser ... Perform this check
every time ...

I suspect that the white sheet and unstyled menus are a result of your
missing some chrome files.

You might want to re-install from scratch and use a fresh profile, but
I would recommend that you do as I suggested in my first paragraph.
