Whene a pdf file is open in the browser i can not open a new Tab using the
keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+t" whereas i can do that with File menu > new tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a pdf file on the browser
2.do "Ctrl+t"
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Open a new tab
This is a dup of bug 168639 that is marked as occurring on trunk, despite the
comments referring to the Mozilla Suite. Vote for that bug in order to raise its
prominence and attention from the developers.
