User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050225 Firefox/1.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050225 Firefox/1.0.1

I had to install Yahoo Toolbar for Mozilla for each user separately.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create separate user account in Windows Xp/2000
2. Login and install the Yahoo Toolbar for Mozilla/Firfox with the first account
3. Login again using second account.\
4. Start Firefox application
5. The Yahoo toolbar is missing.

Anyway to avoid this. I had to install this for each member of my family separately.
See the following page for global install of extensions.

Why is this bug's Resolution marked INVALID.
Status: VERIFIED → UNCONFIRMED
Resolution: INVALID → ---
It was marked invalid because Firefox already has the feature you requested. Out
of the several options given to resolve a bug invalid is the one that makes the
most sense. The page I linked to in comment 1 explains how to globally install
extensions.
