Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050223 Firefox/1.0.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050223 Firefox/1.0.1

If you put the cursor over a link on a page, and the cursor changes to a hand,
then hit PageUp or PageDown with the keyboard to scroll up or down, even if the
cursor is not pointing at a link, it will still be in the hand form until move.
Vice versa is the same...cursor not over a link (aka arrow cursor) will not
become a hand cursor if it's scrolled onto a link via PageUp / PageDown.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a page with links that's not a Flash page
2. Place the cursor over a link, so it appears as a hand
3. Press PageUp or PageDown on the keyboard so that the cursor is no longer
pointing at a link

Actual Results:
The cursor stays a hand

Expected Results:
Should've become a pointer again
