The changes documented at the referenced URL should be transferred onto the SVG
build page:

http://www.mozilla.org/projects/svg/build.html

It's probably also worth clarifying exactly how libart is recommended for
non-Windows builds when, according to the specified URL, --enable-svg builds
default to the cairo back-end.

Rather than recommend a renderer I've added a quick statement to indicate that
things will be faster with Libart, but more complete with cairo.
