Details

When both scrollbar appeare in view source window, resize box should appear between the scrollbars(i.e., resize box should appear at right bottom corner of the window).

For the curious, this was "fixed" by bug 207656, which gave the resizer a statusbar to sit in, instead of having to fight with scrollbars.
