285012 - tooltips for events are empty

When hovering an event in one of the views, an empty tooltip shows up. It should
at least contain some info

    Could you please clarify which view this happens in?  Also, your build
information would be very helpful.  Currently, this WORKSFORME in both Calendar
for Firefox and Sunbird stand-alone versions.  I checked all views and had good
tooltips in each.

Attachment: 1st attempt at fixing tooltips

Restores tooltip functionality for all views. Fixes some bugs so that we show
descriptions and locations for event tooltips.
