I am using the Ximian Pro style along with Style XP, and firefox doesn't scale
the textbox according to the theme. 

IE seems to be working fine, but not Firefox.

You can see the full text in IE while firefox textbox cuts off the bottom half
of the text. I think the textbox just needs to scale using the theme options.

Do you mean that before the XP theme was applied the page displayed as the 
author intended?

Yes, web pages would work perfectly if I disable the style. They were also
working fine before installing the style.

I may be in the wrong, but could I say that you may find that the regulars 
on bugzilla will not accept problems brought on by themes.

Are you able to contact the theme's author?

Of course, if you are able to demonstrate the problem on with a recent
build and a fresh profile (or show that there is a defect in the
code) I am sure that this report will receive full attention.
