285070 - Cannot find link to add comment/rate extension

When I want to rate an extension, I cannot find the add comment or rate links,
(even on the view comments page).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a firefox extension page
2. Search all over for an option to comment on the extension
3. After searching for several minutes to no avail:
3-a. Give up
 -and-
3-b. Bang head against the wall until you forget that there is no link
4. Start over again

Actual Results:  
Still at same page

Expected Results:  
It should have an easy to find link for commenting on the extension.

All themes (currently using qute)
All versions of Firefox I have used since this began.

This is purposely disabled at the moment due to security issues with the site
software.  See https://addons.update.mozilla.org/about/update.php (which is
linked to from the first paragraph at the top of
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/ )

There is more up-to-date information on the wiki, which is linked to from the
above article.  I'd be surprised if this isn't working within the next week or
so, since they're just about ready again.
