Can't create bookmark within a bookmark folder

Jevering, here's the bug I told you I'd file.
Using 2000-02-18 build on Windows NT
1. Open bookmarks window
2. Create bookmark folder
3. Select bookmark folder, and create a bookmark
Expected: Bookmark to be created as child of folder
Actual: Bookmark was created as peer of folder
Since we don't have drag/drop, it appears that there's no way to put a bookmark
in a folder unless it was already in the folder when you migrated from 4.x
