The History page is incorrectly titled "Bookmarks" when about:history is brought
up in the URL bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring up History page.
2. Notice incorrect title.
3. Wonder what happened.

Actual Results:
History got titled "Bookmarks."

Expected Results:
History should be titled "History."
Simon please look.

But I think that as History is part of the bigger bookmarks we shouldn'rt change
anything about what we are doing now.

I can confirm that indeed the page does come up with the title "Bookmarks". What
to do is a different question.

Is there a more generic name that could be used to encompas all of Bookmarks /
History, Addressbook Links, etc?

If not maybe simply "Camino"
Why can't we change the title depending on what's selected on the left? Even
something like "Bookmarks - History" (even though that's a bit
self-contradicting), or something.
We'll use the correct (localized) title now.
