When adding/editing an event, if one uses the calender date selection popup to
select a date, and then uses the arrows to scroll through the months, the dates
of the month do not update, UNTIL you mouseover them.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to an event/create a event
2.click on the calendar date selection icon
3.scroll back and forth through the months.

Actual Results:  
The dates do not update, until you mouseover them.

Expected Results:  
when the month changes, the displayed dates should change to match the month.
