Enhancement request: The Bookmarks Toolbar Folder should not be added to the
Bookmarks dropdown menu if the user has "View->Toolbars->Bookmarks Toolbar" checked.

If this is implemented, a checkbox should be added to "Tools->Options->Advanced"
that would enable/disable this feature (disabled by default to avoid confusion).

Correction: should not be added to the Bookmarks dropdown menu *unless* the user
has "View->Toolbars->Bookmarks Toolbar" checked

Have to say I don't see the point (VALUE) in this request.  Not to mention the
fact that View->Toolbars->Bookmarks Toolbar is designed specifically to control
the toolbar, not menus.

Confirming NEW to move it forward, but probably someone upstream more familiar
with BM development to mark it INVALID.

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change

Not going to do this, it doesn't completely make sense, and a lot of people toggle the toolbar for space, but don't want to totally lose access to those bookmarks.
