If I do a CTRL-D. or access from the menu, I get an error box that pops up and
the bookmark doesn't save. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  CTRL-D
2.  Error pops up.
3.  Bookmark not saved.

Do you have any extensions installed? If so, which ones?

I have:
Adblock
TabBrowser Prefences
deli.ci.o.us
BugmeNot

Ihave had them installed for weeks now.

The del.icio.us extension must have been the culprit, as after I removed it, the
Bookmark feature now works.
