285248 - message larger than window, but NO scroll bars

Occasionally I enouncter messages that are larger than the window, 
both taller and wider.  The text visibly runs off the right side of 
the window, an also down below the bottom of the window, yet NO 
scroll bars appear, neither horizonal nor vertical.  

The problem seems to occur only when the message header pane is expanded.
When that pane is collapsed, the text is wrapped so that it fits in the 
window (no horizontal scroll bar is needed) and the vertical scroll bar
reappears.  

The problem seems to occur when the header contains some combination of 
a) very lone (wide) From or Reply-To line, and there is an attachment,
and/or the message is signed.  

I will attach a message to this bug that reproduces it, and maybe a screen
shot or two.

This shot shows that the problem affects not only the message 
text pane, but also the message list pane and the quickFilter pane
too.  Notice that the message list panes and quickfilter pages 
both exceed the window width, with the right side being cut off.

Notice in this shot that none of the panes exceed the window
width and the text is wrapped to fit.  The message list pane
and quick filter pane all appear normally.
