In system where Firefox and Mandrake Linux are both in Finnish
addons.mozilla.org likes to install all extensions in Czech or in German. Sure
Finns are skilled with languages, but I rather like English.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Firefox
2.Open Työkalut (Tools), Laajennukset (Extensions) and Hae lisää laajennuksia
(Get more extensions).
3.Install example Forecastfox

Actual Results:  
I had Forecastfox with GUI in German.

Expected Results:  
If localized extension does not found install English version instead.

english build.

I don't know if the bug is in the extension itself or Firefox
